We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales / Account Manager to expand and maintain a dedicated network of dental providers who would be willing serve U.S. military reservists in their office ,through the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP). This role will be responsible for identifying, contracting, and managing dental offices across the U.S., ensuring access to care for service members in accordance with program standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and contract general and specialty dental offices nationwide to participate in the RHRP program.Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), independent practices, and regional providers.Clearly communicate the scope, expectations, and benefits of participation in the RHRP program.Work cross-functionally with credentialing, scheduling, and operations teams to ensure successful provider onboarding and engagement.Monitor provider satisfaction, availability, and performance to ensure sustained participation.Maintain accurate records of all outreach, signed agreements, provider activity, and office capabilities.Collaborate on marketing and outreach campaigns to increase provider interest in underserved areas.Serve as a key point of contact for partner offices—resolving questions and escalating concerns as needed.Meet or exceed monthly network growth and coverage goals tied to deployment readiness deadlines.Qualifications:
3+ years in sales, account management, provider relations, or network development—preferably in healthcare or dental industries.Proven track record of successful outreach, contracting, or B2B relationship management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with dental practice operations or healthcare contracting a plus..Preferred Experience:
