As a Network and Business Insights Program Manager, you will focus on analyzing, optimizing, and driving data-driven decisions across our fulfillment network operations. This role combines strong program management capabilities with advanced analytical skills to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and customer-centric delivery solutions. The position plays a crucial role in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to meet growing business demands and customer expectations. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, operations, and program management, requiring both analytical depth and strong project execution capabilities.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead complex data analysis projects to optimize network performance
- Develop and implement analytical frameworks for network decision-making
- Drive cross-functional programs using data-driven insights
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
- Identify opportunities for network optimization through data analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions

- Analyze network performance metrics and identify trends
- Build and maintain analytical models for network optimization
- Lead program implementation based on data insights
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
- Coordinate with multiple teams to execute improvement initiatives
- Develop and track KPIs for network performance
- Create and automate reporting systems for better visibility
- Drive data-driven decision making across the network
About the team
We are the Fulfillment Experience team! Fulfillment Experience (FX) performs a centralized function supporting MX Operations through data analytics, program management, and system optimization. Our scope covers Network Analytics, Performance Optimization, Program Management and Strategic Planning. Our goal is to leverage data and analytics to develop and execute programs that deliver customer orders in the most efficient and reliable way.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
