We are seeking a a skilled and proactive Network and Systems Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our systems and networks. You’ll work across departments to maintain uptime, support users, and implement technology solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day project management and support for IT systems and infrastructure.
Ensure system uptime, stability, performance, and data integrity.
Install, configure, and maintain network, server, PC, and telephony infrastructure.
Perform system and application upgrades, patching, and backup procedures.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, and security settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor and optimize performance of PCs, servers, and networks.
Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets and procedures.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies and tools.
Support onboarding/offboarding and provide end-user assistance.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers on technology projects.
Assist in compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CMMC).
Partner with business leaders to build and execute an IT roadmap.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in IT systems and network administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices and tools.
Experience managing IT projects and vendor relationships.
Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting (PCs, servers, printers).
Understanding of compliance standards like NIST, ISO 27001, or CMMC.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Compensation Information:
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 depending on education and experience.
