Kforce has a client that is seeking a skilled and proactive Network Analyst/Level II-III to join their growing MSP team in Saint Louis, MO. Summary: This onsite role involves supporting multiple client environments, diagnosing, and resolving complex network issues, and contributing to infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network hardware, server environments, and cloud platforms, and be comfortable working independently and directly with clients. Key Responsibilities: Level II Duties: * Troubleshoot escalated network issues involving switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems * Perform server installations (physical and virtual), including domain controller setup, DHCP/DNS configuration, and Active Directory integration * Configure VLANs, firewall rules, and VPNs * Assist with Office 365 migrations and email security configurations * Conduct onsite desktop and server migrations, including data backup and restoration * Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes Level III Duties: * Design and implement network infrastructure projects based on client requirements * Lead server and cloud migrations (Azure AD, AWS, hybrid Exchange setups) * Perform advanced threat management and security audits * Automate tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools * Conduct Wi-Fi audits and troubleshoot performance issues * Develop and enforce network policies and minimum-security standards across clients * Provide project management for larger deployments and upgrades Benefits: * Mileage reimbursement for onsite visits
