This position is in support of the USAEUR Mission Partner Camp Bondsteel, located at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. _This position is_ _located OCONUS._ Responsibilities: + Possesses and applies practical knowledge in supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading EMITS 2’s networks and servers, including DRSN switch and peripheral equipment + Supports DRSN security documentation and activities IAW DoD and NSA requirements (e.g., DoDI 8510.01, NIST, CNNSI) + Monitors day-to-day operations and corrects or resolves anomalies and problems, including troubleshooting, restoring service upon discovery or notification of a DRSN outage, and repairing or replacing LRUs, and performs audits, including forensic audits, reporting, and resolutions for incidents + Provides installation and relocation of DRSN phones + Conducts informal refresher and familiarization training on phones and user equipment + Performs scheduled and unscheduled COMSEC re-key of encryption devices and maintains and administers DRSN equipment safe combinations + Maintains and tracks DRSN facility CCI equipment + Performs preventative maintenance, system backup, and troubleshooting according to OEM instructions and the DRSN O&M Guide, including remote administration, troubleshooting, and connectivity + Performs peripheral SW updates and upgrades equipment on DRSN peripherals + Operates and maintains the ECC located in the DRSN facility + Configures DRSN to provide interconnectivity and interoperability service for STE and secure radio/SATCOM interfaces + Supports and assists with internal facility inspections and evaluations and corrects findings and deficiencies + Evaluates and monitors network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and tests/evaluates for weaknesses + Directs and executes user accounts, permissions, and passwords to support requirements + Mentors other network administrators + Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments + Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments + May supervise others Qualifications: _Required:_ + Currently hold a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility + BA/BS +8-12 + Certification – 8140 - CEH or CFR or Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC + Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in supporting, configuring, updating, and maintaining networks and servers, with specialized knowledge of DRSN switch and peripheral equipment, including configuring DRSN to provide interconnectivity and interoperability services. + Possesses extensive understanding of DoD and NSA security requirements, including COMSEC encryption, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. + Exhibits proficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues, inspections, performing equipment maintenance, and conducting COMSEC operations and training on phones and user equipment. + Showcases ability to monitor network performance, evaluate weaknesses, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and security. + Displays leadership capabilities in mentoring other Network Administrators and functioning as a technical expert across multiple projects. + Demonstrates skill in managing user accounts, conducting training, and potentially supervising team members in high-impact assignments related to DRSN operations. _Desired:_ + Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs + Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards + Experience with DoD IT security requirements - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
