**Description**
**About the Role:**
We are seeking experienced and certified NETA II, III, or IV Technicians to join our dynamic team specializing in electrical testing and commissioning for commercial and industrial facilities, with a strong emphasis on data center environments. This is a hands-on role for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, technically demanding settings and are passionate about safety, precision, and performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform acceptance and maintenance testing on electrical power systems including switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, protective relays, and related equipment.
+ Conduct commissioning activities for new and upgraded electrical systems, particularly in mission-critical data center environments.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and methodologies.
+ Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
+ Document test results and prepare detailed reports in compliance with NETA standards.
+ Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company protocols.
+ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
**Qualifications:**
+ Active NETA Level II, III, or IV Certification (required).
+ Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical testing and commissioning.
+ Experience in data center electrical systems is highly preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of ANSI/NETA standards, NFPA 70E, and OSHA regulations.
+ Proficiency with test equipment such as Doble, Megger, Omicron, and Fluke.
+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
+ Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Familiarity with SCADA, BMS, and other monitoring systems.
+ Experience with high-voltage systems and critical power infrastructure.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
