Inspired by our company’s 4 Ways of Winning – Speed, Agility, Collaboration, and Courage – Nestlé’s Procurement professionals strive to efficiently and effectively deliver value to Nestlé, strategically manage our Direct and Indirect spend categories, and ensure supply to fulfill our commitments to deliver outstanding value to our customers and consumer.
Nestlé offers an exciting and immersive two-year full-time rotational development program designed specifically for ambitious graduates like you. This program provides unique opportunities for you to gain invaluable experience and knowledge that will pave the way for a successful career in Procurement. We are committed to cultivating well-rounded professionals who possess a diverse range of skills and expertise. Our program offers comprehensive, interactive, and strategically integrated learning experiences.
Our unique two-year program allows individuals the opportunity to develop and gain experience through two 12-month rotations in different parts of the Nestlé Procurement Organization. One rotation will be with the Indirect Procurement Team and the other will be with the Direct Procurement Team, including Category Management, Procurement Specialist, and Category Operations.
Role assignments are in our core locations: Solon, OH will be for both years.
**Education Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or other related field is required
+ Degree completed by June 2026
+ Preferred Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
**Experience Requirements:**
+ Procurement internship or closely related internship experience
**Additional Requirements:**
+ Available to start the program beginning June 2026
+ Strong interest in various areas of Procurement, including both Direct and Indirect spaces
+ Analytical and a strategic problem solver who can successfully work through ambiguity
+ Passionate individuals who are self-starters, pace setters, and end-to-end thinkers
+ A collaborative team player who excels in working with others
+ Strong communication, influence, leadership, and analytical skills are essential. We want to see you make a difference in our organization.
