Our agile working model allows flexibility in office days, defined with your team. **Position Snapshot** + Nespresso Italy, Milan HQ (Assago) + Nestlé and Nespresso welcome people with disabilities + **Permanent Contract** + Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields + **1 to 3 years of experience** in the **Ho.Re.Ca environment** + Fluency in both Italian and English **Position Summary** In recent months, B2B has completely revolutionized its business model by approaching Ho.Re.Ca. customers directly and initiating its own digital transformation. Reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting sales back-office activities across different routes to market (both direct and indirect). You will also lead some new key processes in this evolving context, collaborating with diverse stakeholders. **A Day in the Life of the Ho.Re.Ca Commercial Support:** As Sales Support, you will act as the back office for the commercial department, covering the two main routes to market. Direct route to market support: + Implementation of new tools and SKUs + Addressing special customer needs + Lead monitoring & analysis + Communication and general support Indirect route to market support: + Monitoring orders and sell-out results + Contract archiving + Database updaing + Implementation of new tools, prices, and SKUs + Communication and general support + Customer relationship management + Payment order management **What will make you successful?** + Proficiency in Office package and international sales tools + Experience in commercial environments and entrepreneurial organizations + Strong commitment to Nespresso’s values and mission + Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment + Ability to onboard, engage, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders **We are Nestlé.
