Entrust Solutions Group is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive NERC Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our clients' adherence to NERC Operations & Planning (O&P) and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards. You will lead and conduct mock audits, provide hands-on support during official audits, and guide clients through the complexities of regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining compliance procedures, crafting customized training modules, and facilitating engaging training sessions to enhance client understanding and operational reliability. You will also manage audit documentation efforts—such as RSAW development, evidence collection, and pre-audit reviews—ensuring thorough preparation and organization. Additionally, you will research and implement internal protocols to promote consistency and audit readiness, while collaborating closely with engineering, operations, legal, and IT teams to align compliance initiatives with broader business and technical objectives. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, regulatory affairs, or equivalent relevant experience (required). Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience working with NERC O&P and/or CIP standards (required). Must demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, active listening, and organizational skills (required). Project management or similar roles (preferred). Background in audit participation or experience serving as an auditor (preferred).What We Offer:
