You'll be involved in both inpatient and outpatient care, working closely with our transplant surgery team. Excellent opportunities for career and leadership development await. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage a diverse patient panel with kidney disease and hypertension. + Participate in outpatient dialysis rounding and monthly office visits for dialysis patients. + Contribute to busy inpatient consultative services, including CRRT and intermittent HD in our upgraded six-bed inpatient dialysis unit. + Collaborate with transplant surgery in the close follow-up of both liver and kidney transplant patients. + Share outpatient coverage equally between divisions. + Attend weekly transplant meetings (dedicated administrative time provided). + Participate in a very manageable call schedule with moonlighting opportunities on weekends. **About Our Divisions** Our Transplant Division is one of the largest in the greater Boston area, performing over **100 liver transplants and** **5** **0-6** **6** **kidney transplants annually** .
