Responsibilities:
  Manage NEC4 contracts and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations. Support legal teams on NEC-related matters. Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks. Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documents, variations, and amendments. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and legal representatives. Resolve contractual disputes during the project lifecycle.  
Requirements:
  Extensive experience with NEC3/NEC4 Option C and E contracts Strong background in contract negotiation and risk identification Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
