TITLE: NDT Operator REPORTS TO: NDT Supervisor
Job Description:
Responsible for running X-ray and ultrasonic wall inspection on all routed patterns, maintaining logs, and notifying supervision of issues.
Responsibilities:
Follows the customer work instructions to run X-ray and wall inspections with the proper settings and equipmentUnderstand risks and proper procedures associated with working around radiationWill accurately record X-ray inspection results in the appropriate log and locationWill meet the designated rates for production and accurately fill production time sheetsWill accurately monitor results of inspections to maintain product flow and identify issuesWill notify supervision of issues with product failureFollow all safety and 6-S guidelines for the area
