CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Group is seeking an SAP Finance Business Process Consultant interested in growing their career with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) team!  NCAPS is an effort to consolidate current application support and transform IT capability delivery across the NASA enterprise including general IT, customer support, information management, and mission support systems. 

CACI is seeking an SAP Finance Business Process Consultant to join our fast-paced, growing SAP practice that provides implementation, enhancement and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support to a growing base of SAP customers and to participate in business development activities at potential target accounts. CACI’s current SAP customer base includes customers who are actively investing in SAP’s roadmap to HANA making our projects both challenging and exciting implementing and supporting this state-of-the-art technology. As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS), the candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Business Process Consultant to join our team and support our finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules and strong business process knowledge to analyze, design, and optimize financial workflows aligned with best practices and strategic goals.  Public Sector experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis & Design:Analyze current financial processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.Design, document, and implement optimized finance business processes leveraging SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI/CO).Align business requirements with SAP standard solutions and recommend best practices.SAP Implementation & Support:Support SAP Finance implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects.Configure and customize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, etc.).Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) and other functional consultants (MM, SD, PP) for end-to-end solutions.Government Travel system knowledge and reconciliation support.Stakeholder Engagement:Work closely with finance teams, controllers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users.Continuous Improvement:Monitor SAP processes post-go-live and provide enhancements or corrective actions.Stay updated on SAP innovations (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori apps) and assess applicability to business needs.Provide Level 2 support of reported incidents.



Qualifications:

Required: 

Public Sector ExperienceSAP Public Sector experienceBachelor’s degree and 12+ years relevant experience (education/experience substitution can be considered)Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Conducted data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and identify issues prior to migration.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredAbility to obtain a NACI Public Trust clearanceSAP implementation, enhancement, and O&M support experience in SAP Finance areas (5 years required)Experience with integration between FM/GL module and other SAP Modules (Material Management, Asset Management, Sales and Distribution, travel interfaces)


Desired:

HANA migration experience (ECC, S/4)Usability (UX/UI) Design experienceData Analytics (BOBJ, Tableau) experienceExperience with federal G-Invoicing solutionExperience with federal Data Act financial reporting requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
