CACI is seeking an SAP Data Analytics Specialist professional to join our fast-paced, growing SAP practice that provides implementation, enhancement and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support to a growing base of SAP customers and to participate in business development activities at potential target accounts. We are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across business functions. The specialist will leverage SAP tools (such as SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Data Services) and other analytics platforms to develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and predictive models. The role will be in support of the migration to S/4HANA.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain SAP-based data analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, and KPIs.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.Integrate and manage data from SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems for analytics purposes.Support ETL processes and data pipelines using SAP Data Services or similar tools.Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance by implementing best practices and standards.Provide advanced analytics and insights using predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or AI/ML capabilities.Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations related to SAP platforms.Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support for analytics solutions.Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to drive a data-driven culture.Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience required Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong experience with Power BI and related analytic toolsDesired:
SAP experience Active federal clearance (e.g., Public Trust, Secret) is a plus.Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies-________________________________________________________________________________________

The proposed salary range for this position is:
