Nature and Climate Assessment Manager

We seek a Sustainability Expert to drive environmental impact strategies in agriculture. The role focuses on farm-level sustainability assessments and implementing solutions to reduce agricultural environmental footprint.

You will be a great fit if you have:

5+ years of experience in agricultural sustainability assessmentsPhD or Masters degree in Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, or related disciplineGlobal corporate experience supporting regional businessesProven track record in climate, water, and biodiversity initiativesMastery of environmental analysis tools (Cool Farm Tool, Roth-C model)Life Cycle Assessment expertise at farm levelAdvanced knowledge of agricultural emissions modelingDeep understanding of agricultural emissions and mitigation strategiesExpertise in carbon sequestration methodologiesKnowledge of sustainable farming practices optimization and proficiency in environmental certification standardsDemonstrated global stakeholder management abilitiesAttention to quality and detail and solid analytical skills and pragmatic mindsetContinuous improvement mindset and ability to challenge status quoFluent oral and written communications skills in English
