The Opportunity: 

CACI is looking for a SOFCOM Mission Partner Lead/Data Science Lead, to support a DoD customer in Mons, Belgium.  This position is contingent upon award of a pending contract.  This position is located OCONUS. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Key Responsibilities: 

Single point of contact for USAREUR-AF NATO Allies Special Forces Command (SOFCOM) requirements; responsible and accountable for contractual and technical performance, management, direction, administration, quality assurance, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and leadership of the engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions  

Collaborates with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 standardized processes and procedures to meet SOFCOM requirements, including support for transition-in 

Develops and provides training on the use and configuration of Knowledge Management (KM) and records repository applications 

Integrates records repositories with enterprise solutions (e.g., SharePoint, public and shared drives, Microsoft Exchange) 

Assists in the deployment and continuous improvement of the Records Management program and manages large collections of operational records 

Provides recommendations on data and records management, including insights to emerging technologies and best practices and matters related to people, processes, and technology 

Develops and delivers functional file plans and strategies for converting and maintaining records in digital formats 

Maintains and applies knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements that impact records maintenance 

Analyzes business processes and provides Business Intelligence (BI) services to efficiently support decision-making and operations 

Analyzes, assesses, and provides recommendation for improving or simplifying command-wide and SOF enterprise Information and Knowledge Management (IKM), including developing and implementing quantitative and qualitative methods for measuring process improvement impacts 

Develops enterprise BI service offerings, content creation, and value propositions and provides interactive, real-time dashboards and key performance indicators using available tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SAP Crystal Reports) 

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments 

Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge 

Supervises a team of 6 to 15 personnel 

 

Qualifications: 

Required:  

Experience 10-12 years with a BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent experience considered. 

Certifcation - GCLD or CCE or CASP+ or CEH or Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated 

Displays expert-level knowledge in complex intelligence engineering solutions, with particular emphasis on data science applications and preferably serving as point of contact for military mission partners.  

Possesses comprehensive understanding of Knowledge Management (KM), records repository applications, and enterprise solutions integration.  

Exhibits mastery in developing and implementing records management programs, including functional file plans and digital conversion strategies. Displays advanced proficiency in business intelligence services, process analysis, and quantitative/qualitative methods for measuring process improvements.  

Shows exceptional leadership skills in supervising technical teams, establishing project goals, and collaborating with various stakeholders to tailor technical processes.  

Brings extensive background in developing enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) service offerings, creating interactive dashboards using tools such as PowerBI and Tableau, and providing expert recommendations on emerging technologies and best practices in data and records management. 

 

Desired:  

Desired any Data Science-related certification 

Experience in supporting the NATO Allies Special Forces Command (SOFCOM) Mission Partner (MP). 

Experience managing complex IT and communication system projects. 

Experienced in team building across multiple locations.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,300 - 208,600 USD
