National Temporary Onsite Retention Specialist
The National Temporary Onsite Retention Specialist is responsible for retaining and growing non-managed temporary onsite accounts and selected managed Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. These accounts typically have 60% or more revenue from onsite services and do not require Key Account Manager (KAM) level support. This is a quota-carrying role with commission incentives, focused on proactive engagement, renewal support, and strategic upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty. **Key Responsibilities** Sales & Revenue Growth · Exceed assigned sales targets and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. · Develop and execute a strategic national account plan to drive revenue growth and share gains. · Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. · Present and negotiate pricing for quotes, including long-term contract options. · Secure price increases as necessary and ensure competitive positioning. Customer Engagement & Retention · Proactively engage customers 90 days prior to scheduled events and maintain regular touchpoints throughout the year. · Lead renewal efforts in collaboration with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). · Deliver Tektronix’s value proposition effectively to decision-makers, including C-level executives. · Build strong relationships to increase customer “stickiness” and reduce churn. Operational & Administrative · Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in the designated CRM system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics). · Utilize tools such as CalWeb, Oracle, and additional internal tools for quoting and reporting. · Handle post-sales support functions, including contract extensions, re-engagement, and issue resolution. · Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. · Engage in continuous improvement activities, including identifying process inefficiencies and contributing to initiatives that enhance team performance and customer experience. **Qualifications** · Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. · Strong negotiation and pricing skills, including experience with long-term contract sales. · Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Dynamics preferred). · Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, including executives. · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make recommendations that drive business outcomes. **Preferred knowledge** · Familiarity with calibration service, onsite service models, and related pricing structures. · Operational knowledge of Tektronix systems and tools. \#LI-TD1 **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
