Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished National Sales Leader to drive the next phase of growth for a market-leading, technology-driven industrial solutions organization. The role carries full responsibility for national sales across CapEx (capital projects), OpEx (lifecycle services), and Process solutions, and is a key member of the top management team.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on scaling revenues from ₹250 Cr to ₹500 Cr over the next three years while strengthening market presence, customer relationships, and sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the national sales organization (15–20 members) across regions and business verticals

Own end-to-end revenue growth strategy across CapEx, OpEx, and Process businesses

Drive aggressive growth while maintaining strong margins and customer satisfaction

Build and execute go-to-market strategies for expansion into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets

Manage and close large, complex deals (₹10–20 Cr per deal) with senior customer stakeholders

Oversee domestic and export sales, with exports expected to scale to 20–25% over time

Establish strong sales governance including pipeline management, forecasting, reviews, and performance metrics

Mentor and develop sales leaders and build a high-performance, accountable sales culture

Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape overall business strategy and growth initiatives

Drive consultative, solution-led selling and long-term customer partnerships

Champion adoption of digital-first sales processes, tools, and analytics

Non-Negotiable Experience & Capabilities

Proven track record in capital equipment / project-based B2B sales

Strong exposure to pharmaceuticals, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industries

Experience managing ₹100–200 Cr+ businesses and scaling revenue significantly

Demonstrated success in handling high-value, complex sales cycles

Ability to lead, structure, and scale large, geographically distributed sales teams

Strong customer network and relationship-building capability within target segments

Experience in structured sales management, pipeline discipline, and governance

Preferred / Value-Add Experience

Exposure to process solutions or lifecycle services businesses

Experience across both CapEx and OpEx business models

Involvement in export or international market development

Experience working in technology-enabled or digitally mature organizations
