**Your role at Clorox:**
The National Sales Manager for the Traditional Channel will be responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, and establishing the channel strategy in alignment with the AMPS (Volume, Portfolio, Profitability, Distribution, and Growth) set by the company. The goal is to ensure the coverage of each of the established AMPS through effective communication, implementation, execution, follow-up, and evaluation of the strategy.
This role also involves overseeing the professional development of the Sales Team (DTT) by managing the production, evaluation, follow-up, and ensuring the achievement of the AMPS and goals outlined in the PMP, Career Plan, and Development Plan. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for administering Trade Spending resources to ensure proper use and adherence to current TS policies.
**In this role, you will:**
+ **Strategy Plans and JBP for the Traditional Channel (DTT):** The National Sales Manager will generate an analysis of each category, considering all relevant factors and variables that impact the company’s financial forecast. Tools like S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) will be used for evaluation and decision-making. This is a continuous analysis process that must be updated monthly.
+ **Field Contact and Follow-up:** Two key field contacts are required each quarter: 1) Engage with the Top 10 clients each quarter to present plans, initiatives, and activities through the JBP, ensuring agreements and commitments are made to meet AMPS. 2) Supervise the basic procedures of Clorox Sales Representatives, ensuring the proper execution of their responsibilities and identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance.
+ **Control and Administration:** The National Sales Manager for the Traditional Channel, is responsible for managing and controlling resources, ensuring that these resources are used effectively, and that the current TS policies are adhered to. This includes ensuring that resources are allocated in ways that generate demand for our products with clients.
+ **Records, Control, and Analysis:** The National Sales Manager TT must create, update, and share KPI formats that track the progress of each AMPS for the Traditional Channel. These reports should provide insights into how well the objectives are being met.
+ **Professional Development of Sales Personnel (DTT):** The manager will ensure that sales personnel have the necessary tools and resources for professional growth, including the PMP, Career Plan, and Development Plan. This will help ensure the ongoing development of the team and the achievement of their individual goals.
+ **Monthly Channel Results Evaluation:** The National Sales Manager TT will evaluate and analyze monthly results for the channel, ensuring that any deviations are addressed and that corrective actions are taken to maintain coverage for the fiscal year (FY).

**What we look for:**
+ Experience in the Sales Representative work, Regional/Divisional Manager and KAM.
+ Knowledge, reading, interpretation and analysis of Nielsen’s / ISCAM Reports
+ Advanced-Fluent English.
+ Knowledge in Categories Administration.
+ **Deep understanding of the Traditional Channel and the Wholesale key players in the business.**
+ Financial acumen.
+ 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
+ Bachelors degree in Administration, Finance, Marketing or equivalent experience.
