National Sales Manager - Repl. Sales, Farm PBU
**What You’ll Do** **Strategic Sales & Business Development** + Define and implement national sales strategies to grow the farm replacement tire business across rural and semi-urban markets + Monitor market dynamics, crop cycles, and government policies to identify new opportunities + Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to enhance Goodyear’s brand relevance in the farm segment **Channel & Rural Distribution Management** + Strengthen and expand the rural dealer network to ensure high availability and visibility of Goodyear farm tires + Identify, appoint, and nurture high-potential channel partners in untapped territories + Oversee dealer onboarding, training, pricing, credit management, and incentive programs **Team Leadership** + Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, Territory Managers, and Field Executives focused on farm tire sales + Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, accountability, and talent development + Conduct regular market visits, ride-alongs, and channel partner meets to stay close to field realities **P&L & Operational Management** + Own the P&L for the farm replacement business, driving profitability, revenue, and volume growth + Manage sales forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics coordination with internal teams + Ensure effective use of trade schemes, market development funds, and ROI-focused initiatives **Customer & Farmer Engagement** + Support farmer outreach through field demos, training, and agri-events + Build long-term trust with end users by promoting Goodyear’s value proposition in farm productivity, tire life, and ROI + Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in coordination with customer service and technical teams What You Bring + 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior sales role in farm equipment, agri-inputs, FMCD, or rural automotive sales + Strong knowledge of India’s agricultural landscape, rural channel dynamics, and crop-based seasonality + Proven experience managing rural distributor/dealer networks + Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
