**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our Kuwait location in the Established Pharmaceutical Division

**What You'll work on-**
**Sales Responsibility**
• Achieving target month after month – Division in general – Geography in particular, ensuring utmost utilization of all Resources so also Strategies designed by the organization.
• Gain MS in covered market by focusing doctor conversion & Rx generation ensuring Sales EI & Rx EI.
• Ensuring proper forecasting with support of MM by anticipating market demand encircling seasonal & Political change.
• 100% execution of Divisional initiatives (CMEs), as per norms & strategy along with strong follow up on the same.
• Anticipating & resolving the problems, before they turn out to be “Issue” in near future.
• It surely needs Co-ordination with all support function; escalate, if unresponsive.
• Ensure New Brand success and ensure BI brand 100% achievement.
• Find out more and more avenues to generate more revenue tapping new opportunities to increase business.
**People Management**
• Deployment of resources looking at potential of the market & future opportunity.
• Carving clear cut HQ, Area & Zone by clear demarcation & accountability which should be operationally viable & profitable.
• Identifying training needs of the team & develop training programs with the help of Training Department.
• Vacancy fulfillment in liaison with talent acquisition team.
• Gear up future ‘Leaders’, understand their training needs & groom them for their development further, making them to concentrate own strengths.
• Impartial & transparent Team Appraisals by considering operational facts, figures & accurate feedback.
• Evaluating the training need ,analysis on Knowledge / Behavior / Performance and assigning them to specific training programs for improving their effectiveness and performance.
• Coach FLMs & KAMs for performance & execution.
• Taking action on non-performer with the help of HR and legal, without affecting business and reputation of the organization.
• Keep high team moral by appreciation & motivation to rewarding performer in various forums.
**Customer Focus**
• Develop KOL ensuring stable sales-base by servicing their needs on regular basis.
• Active participation in Strategy Formation with marketing team with his field experience for operational facts & better clarity of thoughts.
• It includes feedback about competitor strategy & plans to counter-act.
• Monthly field work plan.
• Customer means all those people or associates who will help you to build acute care business.
• Strong customer building across your geography is your responsibility.
**Ensure tight control on operation cost by monitoring travel cost, CME, CSM, Brand Mix, claims and expiry zone-wise.**
**Ensuring Division Vision, Mission & Values should be clear to all team members, Build organizational image for internal & external customer.**
**Maintaining strong field discipline & inculcating Norms with timelines adherence.**
**Timely reporting & admin of self & team as per norms of the division.**
**Stringent Documentation, maintain all important data & records with help of support function.**
**Organization & Division comes first whenever there are any crucial decisions or action (backed up by data & records).**
**Winning the right way as per Abbott Policy.**
**Required Qualifications**
Tertiary Qualifications in medical sciences, management qualification preferred
Minimum 10 years of pharma experience, of which atleast 3 years in a zonal level
Fully aware and knowledgeable about key accounts and key stakeholders in Kuwait market
Strong sales record and people management experience
