Key responsibilities: Sales StrategyDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, growth, and client retention targets.Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize performance.

Client Relationship ManagementRepresent Snowbird at key industry events and during business travel, building brand awareness and expanding the client base.Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, industry professionals, and third-party resources.Conduct site tours and presentations, showcasing Snowbird’s unique offerings.Respond promptly to sales leads, providing tailored solutions to client needs.

Operational ExcellenceEnsure accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in CRM systems (Amadeus/Salesforce).Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, marketing, operations, and conference services to deliver seamless client experiences.Complete timely expense reports and adhere to departmental procedures and timelines.
