National Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiation of sales contracts and agreements
• Maintain the contract repository, tracking milestones, renewals and obligations to ensure compliance
• Facilitate contract and agreement (pricing) renewals, amendments and execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Monitor price changes and ensure updates are communicated and implemented across systems
• Support analysis on pricing performance and recommend adjustments as needed in alignment with Sales Team.
• Analyse tender documentation to assess requirements, risks and feasibility
• Manage and lead the end-to-end tender and RFQ/RFP processes to ensure compliant and timely submissions
• Maintain a tender response tracker and monitor tender portals and opportunities for new business prospects
• Monitor contract performance and compliance, coordinating reviews to ensure KPI metrics are being met
• Creates, manages and analyses Fresenius Medical Care RFP/RFQ and tender documentation to ensure comprehensive bids are made
• Keep informed of current market trends and competitive developments
• Complete special projects as assigned and work in collaboration with other team members as necessary
• Comply with applicable regulations – Quality, Compliance & Regulatory.
• Prepare for tender KPI reviews- work with CS and SCM, Finance and other functions
• Prepare and support for business reviews
• MIS/Sales dashboard – working with Finance BP
• Support onboarding of new customers, assist in preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and customer-specific documentation, provide timely support to sales teams regarding commercial queries, terms, and conditions.
• Perform other duties as required

Description of Skills, Knowledge & Experience

A highly motivated, enthusiastic, commercially astute, articulate, adaptable and confident individual with

• 3-5 years of experience in a commercial support role such as Contracts Manager, Bid Manager, Pricing
Analyst, or Sales Operations.
• Bachelors degree in business, law or a related field (desirable)
• Project management qualification/ expertise – multiple projects and stakeholder groups at any one time
• Strong understanding of commercial contracting and pricing principles.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Medical Device experience (desirable)
• Previous experience in managing contracts and agreement
• Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel, Powerpoint)
• ‘Out of the box’ thinker
• Team player with strong collaboration and influencing abilities.
