National Retail Operations Sr. Manager/ Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies aligned with company goals, analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. 

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to company policies, and compliance with health and safety regulations. 

Sales Performance:

Monitor and drive sales performance across all stores, setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to boost revenue. 

Staff Leadership:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities. 

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory levels, optimizing stock rotation, minimizing stock discrepancies, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure product availability. 

Merchandising:

Develop merchandising strategies, including product placement, visual displays, and promotional activities to enhance customer experience and drive sales. 

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores, addressing customer concerns and fostering positive customer interactions. 

Financial Oversight:

Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make informed decisions to maximize profitability. 

Market Analysis:

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to adapt retail strategies accordingly. 

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments like marketing, logistics, and finance to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

 

Personality Traits:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail operations and management, within luxury, jewellery, or fashion retail. Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience in retail operations and management Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Financial acumen and budgeting expertise Understanding of retail merchandising and visual display principles Knowledge of retail technology and systems
