Manage the activities of the Marketing Department and its staffDrive the branding of DHIFS through marketing collateral, social media exposure and presence and industry event participation. Work in conjunction with the parent company DR Horton to maximize marketing efficiencies and find joint marketing mediums and opportunities. Communicate with various branches and departments to improve products and company imageWork with the Compliance Department to ensure requirements are clearly communicated between the Marketing and Compliance teamsReview new custom marketing material and new template designs for brand standards and compliance requirementsAssist in new project roll outs and implementationsConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to travel overnight
