The right candidate will support the Marketing/Business Development Manager in the daily operations of the DHI Mortgage Marketing department. Assist in team development and project management. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Manage the activities of the Marketing Department and its staff * Drive the branding of DHIFS through marketing collateral, social media exposure and presence and industry event participation. * Work in conjunction with the parent company DR Horton to maximize marketing efficiencies and find joint marketing mediums and opportunities. * Communicate with various branches and departments to improve products and company image * Work with the Compliance Department to ensure requirements are clearly communicated between the Marketing and Compliance teams * Review new custom marketing material and new template designs for brand standards and compliance requirements * Assist in new project roll outs and implementations * Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company * Ability to travel overnight * * *Supervisory Responsibilities* * Supervises 2 or more employees *Education and/or Experience* * Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university * Five or moreyears related experience * Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license * Ability to communicate effectively with all employees, including the executive committee * Must be able to work within tight deadlines * Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail * Excellent communication and time management skills * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications * Proficiency with MS Office and email *Preferred Qualifications* * Knowledge of mortgage processes andterminology a plus * Provide a positive and supportive example for the department Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
