We are looking for a talented individual to join our National Key Accounts Group.

The National Key Accounts Supervisor is responsible for leading and growing PMFTC’s business within the largest CVS account—one of the company’s most critical national retail partners. The role ensures strategic account development, commercial excellence, operational execution, and long-term partnership building to drive share, revenue, and profit growth.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management & Execution

Lead head office negotiations for visibility, placement, pricing, and product availability.Implement inventory management processes across all POS.Build strong HO-to-branch relationships to ensure compliance.Conduct quarterly business reviews to align strategies and drive growth.

 

Account Planning & Strategy

Conduct category analysis, including competitor activity and sales forecasts.Deliver account KPIs (availability, visibility, pricing, promo execution, etc.).Develop and manage a joint account scorecard to track key KPI progress.Recommend store-level assortment and pricing aligned with channel strategy.Ensure consistency in execution across conventional and smoke-free categories.

 

Contract Management & Negotiation

Develop, review, and negotiate trading terms and merchandising agreements.Conduct commercial drivers’ assessment and allocate trade expenditure effectively.Recommend negotiation strategies that maximize value, visibility, profitability, and compliance.Ensure programs deliver optimal ROI, collaborating with internal stakeholders for approvals and seamless execution.

 

Trade Marketing Management

Provide leadership in developing annual business plans with KPIs and action steps.Drive cross-functional alignment for marketing and promotional activities.Manage account specific marketing toolkits and execution timelines.Lead program execution to grow profit pool, shopper affinity, and market share

 

Third-Party Agency Management

Coordinate with agencies to ensure effective merchandising and promotional execution.Monitor KPIs, audit results, and compliance.Oversee in-store product quality and LOGD management.

 

Accounts Payable & Receivables Oversight

Manage documentation and processing of merchandising allowances and expenses.Monitor budget utilization.Conduct regular reviews of AR aging and implement corrective actions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.3–5 years of sales management experience in an FMCG company.Exposure to Field Operations and Key Account Management preferred.Experience in merchandising, trade marketing, or business-building initiatives is an advantage.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.High-level negotiation and consultative selling expertise.
