Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for coordination and customer service? We are looking for a National Key Accounts and Portal Coordinator to be based in our Sydney CBD office.
About you
As a National Key Accounts and Portal Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our national key accounts and ensuring seamless communication across teams and customer portals.
You will also maximize the effective and efficient use of field teams of technicians, identifying and addressing gaps.
Permanent role
Office-based - 5 days a week, based in our Sydney CBD office
Reports to the Delivery Operations Leader
Your Responsibilities
Provide support to the National Key Accounts Manager by preparing monthly reports and communicating compliance-related updates.
Managing customer portals and collaborating with the Finance team to resolve invoicing queries.
Coordinate with local branches—including Admins, Service Project Managers, Service Managers, Service Account Representatives, and Mechanics—to ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation required by external customer portals.
Liaise with Service Field Operations to stay updated on operational changes and requirements.
Host monthly meetings with local administrators to identify and address gaps in portal compliance.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and updates.
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance service delivery to key customers and promote accountability across business units.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Customer Account Management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid IT/computer literacy.
Industry experience in lift, construction, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
Organized, adaptable, and have a collaborative mindset.
Detail-oriented professional with a passion for coordination and customer service
Good communication skills—both verbal and written.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
