Cellular Sales Inventory Troubleshooting Champion

 


Job Description
Create a great support experience for our front line sales reps and market inventory teams.
This job is the people-oriented, problem-solver’s dream job!


The goal of this position is to assist markets as they support front line sales reps who
encounter inventory related issues. This position will work within our National Inventory
team in order to quickly and effectively remedy inventory related problems as they arise
during the course of business.

 

● Be the Expert
            ○ Quickly identify and resolve various inventory issues caused by both rep and system
               errors.
            ○ Effectively navigate our suite of troubleshooting tools
● Close the Loop
            ○ Proactively identify issues by researching daily inventory counts.
            ○ Work with both national and regional inventory teams to research and close out aging
               Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, RMAs, etc.


Ideally we’re looking for a champion who’s already here at Cellular Sales. Realistically, our
ideal candidate is likely working in inventory or inventory management and possesses
tremendous organizational and relational skills.

If you can accomplish the above, you’ve got what it takes. Success in this role comes from:
(1) A deep understanding of the ways products make their way into our inventory flows; (2) A
commitment to minimizing the financial impact of inefficiencies occurring at any point in our
logistical flow; (3) An advanced working knowledge of our current and future inventory
systems; (4) The ability to provide markets with timely and effective real-time resolutions for
inventory related problems.
