Job DescriptionWe’re now looking for a commercially savvy Business Development Manager to join our team in the Rewards & Insurance sectors - a role that blends new business growth with strategic account management. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across our rewards and insurance platforms.

Own Your Sector – Know the market inside out. Spot opportunities before anyone else. Stay across trends, pain points, and competitors Drive Big Wins - Grow existing relationships with major insurance partners like IAG, Suncorp, Tower and rewards leaders such as Aimia, Smart Loyalty, and Mastercard Deepen engagement with current partners while also chasing new opportunities with additional insurance and rewards providers in the market Develop Sector Strategies – Work closely with the wider team to shape and refine strategies based on industry trends, competitor insights, and customer needs. Build Strong Relationships – Collaborate with the wider team to engage key clients, co-manage account reviews, and develop partnerships through eventsQualificationsWe are looking for a collaborative & energetic individual who has a passion for success.
