To drive strategic partner performance and operational excellence by co-developing partner strategies, managing end-to-end partner engagement, and aligning cross-functional efforts to deliver sustainable growth and business impact in the FTTH Core portfolio
Your responsibilities will include:Co-develops and drives partner strategy; aligns execution with strategic goals and partner performance to achieve and exceed our Sales Targets on FTTH Core (consumer postpaid contracts)Owns partner pipeline; manages and streamlines onboarding, performance, and strategic alignment of key partnersConducts deep performance analysis; identifies underperformance; drives corrective actions and insightsGenerates reports and actionable insights; presents to leadership; forecasts risks and sets realistic expectationsOwns operational delivery; addresses systemic issues; ensures admin and support functions are aligned and effectiveEnsure that regional teams have the necessary tools, support, training content, and marketing collateral to facilitate executionThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
3 year diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business or related fieldB2C Sales experience (5 - 8 years)Fixed Product knowledge (preferable)Strategic Thinking and ExecutionExperience in Partner management/engagementMarketing knowledge
