National Field Manager

IQVIA in partnership with our client are excited to announce that we are seeking candidates for the role of National Field Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team of 10 DMD Account Managers for an approved product for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

The National Field Manager will act as the primary link between the client and IQVIA to manage the entire spectrum of the IQVIA deliverables. They will oversee and manage program governance and will work cross functionally across IQVIA and the client(s) to ensure alignment.

Required Qualifications:

Four-year college degree (B.A., B.S. or equivalent) required.Minimum five (5) years combined previous management experience at the District, Regional, National level required.Account Management experience in a multidisciplinary setting requiredValid driver’s license required​

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling and managing selling in rare disease required; neuromuscular products preferred and Duchenne muscular dystrophy preferred​Experience working with a start-up or high growth organization​ preferredExperience navigating and coaching a team around the various complexities of Rare Disease treatmentsDemonstrated ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision of success​Experience managing patient enrollment process for rare disease products and assisting direct reports with how to work with office staff to help support and simplify process​Demonstrated ability to execute against strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines​Demonstrated ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience​Experience working with a start-up or high growth organization​Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented approach to the business

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview and select DMD Account ManagersHandle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline and termination of Sales RepresentativesProject Leader/Manager shall make regular field visits: to develop and motivate Sales Representatives for attainment of sales objectives; to assess and monitor field activity and work schedules; and to monitor and manage field reporting by Sales Representatives, including call reportingGenerate sales in line with project goals as set by Client and agreed upon by IQVIACommunicate with Client field/regional managers on regular and timely basisAssist with the planning and delivery of training and periodic sales meetingsReview and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with expense policiesAct as the primary link between the Client and IQVIA for all operational and human resources/personnel needs relating to the Sales ForceProvide monthly reports to the ClientMonitor compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense BudgetsMonitor time-keeping and attendance Ability to travel overnight and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned accounts, unless otherwise specified​

The potential base pay range for this role is $225,000-250,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
