Lincoln Technical Institute
This position controls recruitment activities and the training and development of all admissions personnel. The incumbent is accountable for selecting and leading a team of individuals to high achievement and recruiting success while assuring compliance and standards are met or exceeded.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Director of Admissions, Regional Director of Admissions, Admissions Representatives and several Admissions support positions.
Responsibilities
+ Leads all recruitment efforts of selected locations or territories.
+ Leads, motivates, manages daily activities and, as necessary, selects individuals serving in leadership at the campus level, within the assigned territory.
+ Assures compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures, legal requirements and regulations associated with admissions recruiting program.
+ Addresses all issues within the territory to satisfactory outcomes, including those with employees, students, equipment, etc.
+ Provides reports and effective analysis as required or on an ongoing basis as directed.
+ Establishes effective communication practices with those reporting up to this position in the territory as well as with other leaders within the organization.
Requirements
+ Ability to lead a large sales team to achieve goals
+ Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
+ Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM such as Salesforce
+ Ability to produce reports and correspondence
+ Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers of the organization
+ Well-versed in customer service and highly professional
+ Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
+ Ability to read and interpret documents pertaining to both internal and external policies.
+ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable to the VP of Admissions preferred.
+ A minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales, Business, or Marketing
+ A minimum of 3 years' experience managing others
Travel
Extensive travel. Work is performed both in and out of the office work environment; requires driving to and flying to multiple states.
