We are looking for a National Care Lead Osteoporosis Netherlands who has a passion for improving patient health outcomes, driving to build strong and lasting relationships, to come join our Immunology team.
About the role
The role is pivotal in leading post-fracture care strategies to enhance diagnosis, treatment, and patient outcomes within the osteoporosis. You will develop and execute post-fracture care strategies, builds partnerships with key stakeholders, manages projects to enhance osteoporosis care, and liaises with internal teams to align stakeholder plans. The role involves about 60% fieldwork and reports to the Sales & Solutions Lead Developed Brands
Who you will work with:
Externally you will build partnerships and long-term relationships to key stakeholders (e.g. osteoporosis care networks, hospitals, National HealthCare organizations, HCI and nurses), initiating educational projects, impactful solutions and valuable based insights driving this outcome. Internally you liaise with the Integrated Solution Team and internal stakeholders (e.g. Medical and Marketing Solution Lead, RWE Lead, Payer Access Partner, HCPP) for different stakeholder plans.

Identify areas with high fragility fracture burden and develop and execute post-fracture care strategiesDevelop ecosystem-based solutionsBuild and maintain partnerships with key stakeholdersDevelop projects to enhance osteoporosis careProject management in cross-functional cooperation with Sales Lead/ Medical Lead/ MSL/ UCBCares/ Marketing Solution LeadEnsure compliance with relevant regulationsFocus on network development, community plans, performance monitoring, and educational initiatives
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferredFluency in Dutch and EnglishOver five years of healthcare-related experience in sales, marketing, market access, or medical fields, preferably within the bone/osteoporosis ecosystemKnowledge of the osteoporosis ecosystem and therapeutic areaStrong project management and communication skillsAbility to develop impactful solutions aligned with ecosystem driversCross-functional project leadership experienceExperience working in multidisciplinary teamsAwareness of regulatory and HTA guidelinesAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
