This position is with our Consumer Brands business unit – where we empower our employees to bring the best Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to people around the world.

**What you´ll do**
+ Business Ownership & Strategy
+ Lead the overall business strategy and execution for the Household & Laundry (HDD) portfolio for the Walmart business.
+ Translate category, customer, and shopper insights into actionable growth plans.
+ Deliver annual sales, profit, and share targets.
+ Customer & Stakeholder Management
+ Build and maintain strategic relationships with the retailer.
+ Serve as the key liaison between sales, brand marketing, shopper marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
+ Influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and flawless execution.
+ Commercial & Digital Excellence
+ Drive omnichannel strategies, with strong focus on digital commerce, retail media, and PDP optimization.
+ Lead business planning, including JBP, ABP, promotional strategy, and trade investments.
+ Partner with finance to manage budgets, investment returns, and profitability metrics (IMU, ROM, OSG).
+ Analytics & Reporting
+ Analyze category performance, customer POS data, and consumption trends to identify growth opportunities.
+ Deliver executive-ready presentations, leveraging advanced PowerPoint and analytical storytelling skills.
+ Track business KPIs and provide insights-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
+ Leadership & Influence
+ Act as a thought leader and trusted partner to both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and forward-thinking innovation.
**What makes you a good fit**
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent along with 5+ years of prior experience in consumer package goods.
+ Direct customer sales experience with a preference for experience with Walmart and National accounts.
+ Category management, Business Analytics, Trade Marketing experience a plus but not required.
+ Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to gain support for business strategies and/or initiatives.
+ Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex, matrix and fluid environment.
+ Strong analytical & financial acumen.
+ Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands.
+ Positive can-do attitude, collaborative, team-oriented approach, diligent work ethic.

The salary for this role is **$160,000.00 - $180,000.00** . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
