POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary function of this position is to provide onsite supervision of electronic installers and/or subcontractors on multiple worksites, coordinates the daily activities for the assigned worksites, serve as the onsite superintendent in accordance with NA PM, General Contractors and other site stakeholders as needed. Provides guidance, quality control, commissioning, testing, inspections and extends their expertise on when necessary to support project completion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installs and troubleshoots low voltage panels, wiring and associated devices if necessary. Provides onsite supervision of electronic installers on multiple worksites and coordinates the daily activities for the assigned worksites where assigned. Oversees programming, commissioning processes, and leads in project completion. Must have an ability to proctor, coach, and teach others. Provides reliable, high quality customer support. Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality. Performs system testing and signal verification. Produces site and status reports on project’s progress or solutions for non-functional systems Conducts quality control inspections Apply problem solving, presence, and engagement on National Account projects whether emergency request or new installation complications at all levels. Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks. Ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks. Provides documentation of job productivity, efficiency, and budgetary controls. Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner. Must have a strong work ethic. Must be detail-oriented. Must complete other projects, as assigned. Available for travel, which may include nights and weekends to accommodate customer’s schedule. Partners with NA PM to manage onsite project expense whether direct or indirect to ensure best opportunity for a successful and profitable project. Accomplishes work within client and company agreed parameters. Ensures field technicians are fully productive on projects. Sets realistic schedule for self and project specific subordinates to ensure maximum utilization of resources and timely completion of tasks. May engineer, plan, schedule, service, program and or install simple to complex low voltage systems including programming panels. Other duties as assigned. Conducts surveys, when necessary, to provide expert opinions for installation during the process of engineering and designing projects.ABILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must obtain and retain any specific product certifications and/or licenses that are required by national, state and local codes. Must obtain and retain Lift certifications, and minimum OSHA 10 cert. Requires 75 % to 100% proficiency in Everon's and National Account product offerings
