POSITION SUMMARY: 

\n

Reporting to our Sr. Director, National Accounts, you will play a key role in driving trade marketing strategy and execution across U.S. and Canadian markets. This position collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Yield, and Marketing to develop and deliver impactful campaigns, exclusive offers, and branded materials that support revenue growth and strengthen relationships with top accounts and affiliated partners. The role also supervises trade platforms, manages award submissions, and supervises a Sr. Specialist to ensure timely and accurate execution of deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

\n\nDevelop and Execute Trade Marketing Strategy: Partner with leadership to create campaigns aligned with brand standards and sales goals. Provide insights and recommend improvements based on performance.\nManage National Account Campaigns: Lead marketing initiatives for top travel agency networks, ensuring timely delivery of assets and consistent messaging.\nCoordinate Offers with Yield Team: Align trade promotions with available offers to maximize impact and accuracy.\nOversee Trade Advertising: Plan and execute advertising strategies in support of sales objectives.\nHandle Exclusive Offers: Manage setup, accuracy, and promotion of exclusive national account offers.\nSupport Sales Marketing Needs: Deliver on-brand tools and collateral; collaborate across teams to meet evolving needs.\nMaintain Trade Platforms: Ensure timely updates and effective use of Viking Travel Advisor Marketing Center and Academy.\nDrive Trade Awards Strategy: Lead efforts to secure key industry awards in collaboration with internal teams.\nLead and Develop Team: Supervise Sr. Specialist Trade Marketing, ensuring quality, timeliness, and growth.\nPrioritize and Problem-Solve: Independently manage workload, resolve issues proactively, and improve marketing outcomes.\n\n

Job Requirements:

\n\n4+ years of experience in marketing or sales management, preferably in the travel or luxury industry.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines independently.\nCollaborative mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.\nProficiency in MS Office; ability and willingness to learn new software tools.\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.\nFamiliarity with Viking products and services is a plus.\n\n

What We Offer You:
