Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and client-focused National Account Manager to join the Life Time Partnership Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing and executing sponsorship activations across Life Time’s Athletic Events, Media, and Clubs, providing both day-to-day account support and strategic counsel to help partners achieve their KPIs and business objectives.
The National Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, ensuring the seamless delivery of contracted entitlements while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance partner impact and activation success. This individual will own the platforms and assets under their management, developing deep expertise in how these assets can be leveraged to drive value for both the client and Life Time.
The ideal candidate excels at client service, project management, and strategic thinking, bringing creativity and insight to develop custom activation solutions that deliver measurable results. They will collaborate closely with sales consultants to create innovative, out-of-the-box activation ideas that not only wow clients but also elevate the experience for Life Time’s members, athletes, and event participants.
This position requires a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is committed to delivering Life Time’s signature white glove service. A strong understanding of live events, club activations, and integrated marketing campaigns is essential. This role requires the flexibility to travel and work select event weekends, which may include long days, early mornings, and late nights to ensure seamless on-site execution and client satisfaction.
Job Duties/Responsibilitie
Client Management
Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for assigned sponsorship clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their marketing goals, KPIs, and success measures.Provide day-to-day account leadership while proactively delivering strategic recommendations that drive client outcomes and strengthen partnership value.Consult on customized activation plans that align Life Time assets with client objectives, ensuring activations are both innovative and impactful.Deliver clear and consistent communication to clients regarding entitlement details, deadlines, asset specification, and performance metrics.Manage coordination of all sponsor on site experiences and events.Activation Strategy & Platform Management
Own and drive the strategic utilization of Life Time platforms (events, media, and clubs) to maximize sponsor exposure and engagement.Identify and develop new activation concepts, collaborating with internal stakeholders to bring forward creative, integrated solutions that enhance the member and athlete experience and translate them into sellable assets.Serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal activation teams to ensure seamless execution from contract to activation.Foster strong internal relationships by collaborating regularly with cross functional teams to improve workflows, enhance efficiencies and support revenue growth.Project manages client lists, entitlement fulfillment tools, product in-kind, signage documents and budgets.Maintain and manage contract approvals and open inventory for all assets within scope.Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, events, creative, and club operations to ensure flawless execution of sponsorship activations.Minimum Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Mastery of client service with a commitment to delivering a premium experience.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional time management and project management skills.Extreme organization and superior attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and high-quality standards.Comfortable interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating professionalism and confidence.Experience using Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related fieldYears of Experience:
