What you’ll do

You will be responsible for systematically landscaping accounts to understand their business goals and needs to build a sales pipeline of 3x annual sales quota, working with assigned accounts on a national, large corporate level to nurture sales pipeline through the Vodafone selling process. You will identify opportunities for Mobility, Fixed, Mobile broadband, Unified Comms & Security through outbound calling, social selling and marketing campaigns as appropriate to the sales strategy. Thereafter you will engage with customers' buying centres and build solutions tailored to the customer’s needs, closing the sale and managing the customer ongoing for cross-selling purposes, whilst working with the wider team to support the account by servicing it in country.

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Devise and own a plan that supports the overall “Protect & Nuture” section of our SME Champion Strategy within Vodafone IrelandDevise and own a contract strategy to ensure reach across your base of accounts aligned to youIdentify & manage customer requirements needed to complete proposal &/or contract.Work collaboratively with solutions Sales to identify opportunities to ensure revenue targets are delivered. Build & manage Sales pipeline to ensure a minimum of 3x Sales targetProvide support for marketing activities and eventsAssessing customers' needs and explaining how Vodafone can satisfy those needsWorking with internal stakeholders to respond to tender requests, gathering estimates, co-ordinate response streams and actively develop relationships with prospect procurement departments
Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, navigating through the procurement process and completing contracts
Work collaboratively to ensure revenue targets are delivered. 
Reporting sales performance, and sales pipeline to your line manager
