Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for your assigned national accountsAchieve targets and key performance indicators as per the Master Service AgreementUtilize CRM to manage client satisfaction and set financial objectivesContinuously assess and validate client needsCoordinate inspections with Franchisees as requiredAddress client complaints through the company’s CRM.Work collaboratively with Franchisees to ensure that all client needs are metConduct regular business reviews and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
