As a National Account Manager at QXO, you’ll drive strategic growth by developing key partnerships, expanding customer value, and aligning national execution with data-driven plans and innovative solutions. What you'll do: Develop and communicate data-driven strategies to drive profitable growth Expand share of wallet by aligning customer-specific pricing, incentives, and product offerings Leverage QXO’s distribution network and full product portfolio to support national and local execution Build strong relationships with key accounts and market leaders to assess and adapt strategic plans Promote digital engagement through multi-platform technology adoption Partner with field leaders to identify talent and provide actionable insights on performance and opportunities Serve as a trusted advisor and communicator across teams while maintaining a strong professional network What you'll bring: Minimum one year of face-to-face customer service experience Prior experience in front-line customer service roles Experience working in a team-oriented environment Effective communication and follow-up skills with colleagues, customers, and vendors Ability to acquire and retain extensive product knowledge Familiarity with home improvement centers or knowledge of building materials is a plus What you'll earn 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO, company holidays, and parental leave Paid training and certifications Legal assistance and identity protection Pet insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
