Increase sales for the portfolio for your respective businesses Prepare and present business plans to include;Initiate and champion line review process, expand assortmentInitiate and plan account promotional plansMerchandising co-development and executionCo-ordinate divisional channel manager activitiesBuild out and plan ecommerce strategyResponsible for account P&L measurements to include;Top line salesStandard marginWarrantyControllable expensesCo-op and VR negotiationsLead purposeful meetings with Account key contact, drive POS & ShipmentsFine MitigationPartnership with Channel Manager to execute business planForecasting ownership (unit detail/sales call reconciliation)Track and analyze POS resultsLiaise with corresponding U.S. Sales TeamsWhat we need:
College or University graduate with degree or diploma in Business or another relevant field of study5+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing with a record of demonstrated achievement and leadership, strong team playerProficient with Walmart systems, including Retail Link, High Radius, and Item360Creativity and strategic thinking skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasksExcellent selling and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of financial conceptsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-Motivated with the ability to work well independentlyStrong organizational and time management/multi-tasking skillsComputer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Automate, Power Point, and OutlookWhat you get
