**Job Description**
This role will be responsible for leading strategic sales and market expansion for Abbott’s Adult Vaccines portfolio, focusing on three evolving segments in the adult vaccination space:
+ Trade channel through specialties like gynecologists, pulmonologists, consulting physicians, and cardiologists
+ Corporate hospitals
+ Corporate employee vaccination programs across major corporates and manufacturing sectors like pharma, automobiles, etc.
+ You will be responsible for evaluating sales opportunities for the Adult Vaccines portfolio across India – top corporates, multinationals, SME & PSU market, and trade
+ Your exposure to solution sales/consulting environment or key account management will differentiate you from the rest
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Manage corporate sales & business development operations with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets and growth
+ Applicants should have a successful sales track record and the ability to spearhead sales by actively engaging clients and cracking tough accounts
+ Forecast and plan monthly & quarterly sales targets and execute them within the given timeframe
+ Responsible for new client acquisition and revenue growth
+ Responsible for existing client retention and relationship management
+ Evaluate sales opportunities and prepare business case presentations for new and existing clients in the assigned region
+ Develop adult & adolescent preventive health strategies through customized & innovative partnerships with corporate HR/HCP, including customized employee engagement plans
+ Strategic consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development in your assigned geography
+ Expand market penetration and plan and execute sales strategies for business growth
+ Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business
+ Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Take accountability for completing projects (for which you are responsible) on time and conforming to set standards
+ Maintain and share MIS/reporting as per management direction
+ Sales will be the prime focus of this business
+ Ability to work under pressure
**Core Job Responsibilities as Leading the Trade Team**
+ Drive sales management processes through ABMs
+ Study market potential and market share to plan zonal objectives & allocate targets and budgets accordingly
+ Incentive planning and motivate the team to earn incentives
+ Ensure timely and accurate uploading of closing stock by the team and respond to any queries related to secondary sales
+ Emphasize field activities in terms of doctor coverage, repeat coverage, doctor & chemist call averages, thereby driving 100% field compliance in the zone
+ Develop weak regions
+ Develop team (RBM, ABM, Reps)
+ Share unique industry practices and customized strategic input with the marketing team for designing campaigns & strategies
+ Emphasize field activities in terms of stockist coverage, chemist coverage, and call averages, driving 100% field compliance in the zone
+ Drive team engagement with doctors, stockists, and chemists as per new MCI guidelines
+ Liaise with internal stakeholders like Training, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, etc., for business operations
