National Account Executive - 4 month FTC (Nov 2025 end date)

Position Summary

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our highly dynamic and driven MX division, working across the full ecosystem of products. This role is an exciting opportunity, working within a successful team with one of our largest customers. You will play a key role in supporting Samsung’s engagement within our customer and drive business through data and insights.

You will be responsible for helping to make clear and sound recommendations on how the team can deliver sales and growth opportunities, whilst supporting the team to ensure we have a strong strategic partnership with our customer. The role requires building and developing key internal relationships, as well as having the ability to run complex sets of data, to help the team make informed commercial decisions and drive existing and new business opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

Provide accurate data and insights, liaising with internal teams to deliver the MX strategy.

Ensure accurate forecasting to ensure efficient supply and mix of stock and balanced weeks of stock on hand.

Collaborate with all internal teams such as; finance, marketing and operations to improve efficiency in these areas.

Lead various reporting documents required to support data and insights for the team.

Closely partner with the team to support them in meeting and exceeding targets within the account and drive market share goals.

Support the forecasting process for the account.

Monitor competitor trends and provide recommendations to adapt out plans accordingly.

Working with BI team internally to draw insights on market share / trends, pairing with data available.

Support on Commercial planning for the quarter ahead, alongside the Account Director & Account Manager

Weekly reporting and tracking requirements on sell out, sell in, SoB vs forecast

Finance administration, ensuring back end processes are followed

Work closely with Finance & Supply Chain teams to support and resolve queries (CAPS, CORES references, shortages, etc)

Management of contractual agreements with SEUK Legal (SELMS) and the customer

You will own internal relationships with the following teams:

Sales Operations - support with forecasting using internal management plan to deliver what is previously agreed with our Partner.

Supply Chain – Delivery of internal supply and management plan

Commercial Finance – Management of commercial agreement submissions and commercial agreement actualisation

Accounts Receivable – Support the team to safeguard and supervise finance claims processes

Up to three  stage process

Initial interview with the hiring manager

Task based interview

Final Interview with hiring manager and Head of Department
