This high-impact leadership role requires a seasoned property executive with deep expertise in operational excellence, property management, client relationship management, and strategic growth. The successful candidate will oversee a multidisciplinary team across operations, finance, sustainability, and procurement, ensuring top-tier service delivery and performance across the account. **The Opportunity** The National Strategic Account Director will blend strategic planning, business development, and hands-on leadership, making it ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in property and facilities management. You will develop operational strategies, manage complex projects, and foster long-term client partnerships. CBRE is seeking someone with a proven track record in team leadership and stakeholder engagement, ready to drive innovation and excellence across one of its most significant accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive management capability across this strategic account + Oversee the delivery of the integrated facilities management contract and operations + Develop and implement operational strategies to deliver leading-edge service delivery solutions + Manage and develop a high-performing team to build a successful and influential team + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth + Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets, while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and KPI’s + Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously and analyse financial data to inform business decisions **About You:** + Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline (or equivalent experience) + Several years of demonstrated relevant experience in property management + Class 1 or 2 Real Estate License in Australia + Ability to manage complex, multi-stie operations with a matrix structure + A collaborative and inclusive leadership style with a proven track record in leadership and team management + Excellent communication and negotiation skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) + Financial Acumen and ability to analyse financial data + Willingness to travel is required **What’s in for you:** Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are at the top of their field.
