Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Raytheon is looking for a **NASAMS Site Lead** for our Qatar NASAMS Program team. In this role you will manage a Site Field team supporting the Qatar Emiri Air Defense Forces (QEADF) assisting with system operation and maintenance of the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS). You will lead site maintenance, mentor QEADF technicians during Preventative and Corrective Maintenance, and support scheduled field exercises. Raytheon delivers cutting edge Land Warfare – Air Defense and Air Power systems to the Qatar Emiri Air Defense Force. This accompanied position will be onsite at the QEADF site(s) within the State of Qatar for a long-term international assignment with additional compensation. Employment is contingent upon meeting all medical requirements for overseas assignment including comprehensive post-offer medical examination. **What You Will Do** + Lead the operation, maintenance, alignment, troubleshooting and repair of the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) utilizing state-of-the-art test equipment and operational readiness test systems. + Manage the analysis of equipment failures to determine root cause to recommend and implement corrective action. + Devise and implement preventative maintenance programs and actively keep performance and maintenance records on equipment. + Plan and execute the implementation of engineering change orders / notices (ECO/Ns) to the system. + Prepare and submit reports of equipment discrepancies and possible solutions. + Provide guidance and on-the-job training to QEADF technicians. + Monitor warranty claims and repair and returns. + Assist in the planning and transition of the sites and systems into a long-term sustainment operation. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years’ experience. + Experience working as Site Manager. + Experience managing and / or sustaining fielded military systems. + Experience working with international military customers. + Experience working with technical products. + Experience with Export / Import (EX/IM) on an international program. + Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. **Qualifications We Prefer** + Additional years of experience will be considered in absence of a degree. + Experience with National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) or Surface Launched AMRAAM (SL-AMRAAM). + Experience with Military radar systems, particularly Sentinel. + Experience with logistics support analysis tools such as Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) or similar products. + Ability to build strong working relationships with international military customers. + Ability to communicate with peers, superiors and customers in a positive manner. + Ability to lead by influence and collaboration. + Excellent technical writing skills to generate weekly status reports for Program Management. **What We Offer** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
