REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in HCM related field, programming or equivalent education and experience. Proficient PC Navigation skills. Experience working on multiple, concurrent projects is required. High volume, problem resolution, technical client services experience Experience or Training in Project Management is helpful. Experience in conducting Training sessions is helpful. US Benefits & Payroll knowledge is a plus. Technical training or equivalent experience in related technologies and/or systems in implementations is highly preferred (HR, Payroll, Time). Industry related certifications including Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) etc. are a plus. Work experience or certifications in Business Analysis, Networking, Database Usage, SQL is highly preferred. COMPETENCIES Leadership: A project manager needs to be able to lead even without authority. This is especially critical as they work with the HR practitioners of clients and internal ADP partners. Communication: Project managers must be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, vendors, and executives. They need to be able to listen actively, convey information clearly and concisely, and resolve conflicts. Time Management: A project manager must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure the project is completed on schedule. They need to be able to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress to avoid delays. Risk Management: A project manager must be able to identify potential risks to the project, assess their likelihood and impact, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Planning and Organization: A project manager must be able to develop and execute a detailed project plan, including setting objectives, defining milestones, and allocating resources.
