Benefits Export Manager will be developing integrations for benefits carriers. He works with different stakeholders and will develop integrations for the implementation clients. He is responsible for successful file delivery to the carriers. Responsibilities: Developing integration of Dell Boomi for the carrier exports Working with carriers for the queries on development of integrations Testing the integrations with all the scenarios given by carriers Setting up MFT and sending first 2 production files to the carriers Benefits and Implementation knowledge will be a advantage Collaborate with key stakeholders for the required information on development, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals. Conduct thorough analysis of existing workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation. Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support. ##LI-DNI

Required Skill and Competency Education: Btech Proven experience in Implementation Preferred Experience on working with HWSE/Any Benefits Applications Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to multi-task, flexible to working hours
