Key responsibilities System integration: Create, configure, and manage data interfaces using Kronos WIM, Dell Boomi, or other ETL tools to connect Kronos with other systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll). Data management: Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across systems. This includes troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies and errors. Technical documentation: Develop and maintain technical specifications, interface mappings, and deployment procedures. Collaboration: Work with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that support business needs and processes. Performance optimization: Monitor system performance and implement strategies for optimization. Troubleshooting and support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kronos data and integrations. Required skills and qualifications Kronos expertise: Strong experience with Kronos Workforce Central/UKG Pro or Kronos Dimensions/UKG Dimensions, and specifically with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM). Technical proficiency: SQL: Strong skills in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning. Integration tools: Experience with ETL tools like Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar. APIs and formats: Familiarity with API-based (SOAP/REST) and file-based integrations (CSV, XML). Domain knowledge: Understanding of workforce data models, timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll integrations. Analytical skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential. Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
