INTEGRATIONS The Integration Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing & executing HCM domain integrations using the LYRIC Development Platform and its integration tools. Successful candidates for this role will combine the following traits: * Hands On: We are looking for a hands-on manager who can teach, grow and lead an integration delivery team through personal example, coaching and mentoring. Ability to master all aspects of HCM integration, build credibility with our partners through knowledge and effort, and continuously teach what you have learned to the team is crucial. * Technical Knowledge: needs to be knowledgeable with all aspects of SDLC, including design, build and testing. A deep integration background is not required, but expectation is candidate will learn quickly and be able to teach others as they join the team. * Domain Expertise: Integrations are about data, and understanding the data means understanding the domain. Deep HCM experience isnt necessary, but demonstrating the ability to apply knowledge from integrations in other domains and quickly pick up HCM data is a must. * Be An Owner: we are looking for a team leader with an entrepreneurial approach who takes ownership for creating a high performing team that consistently executes quality on-time delivery. Establishing a culture of accountability, creating transparency on problems, being proactive in seeking solutions, and driving strong partnership with client facing and technology teams are all crucial for this role. Responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of Integration Delivery Specialists executing a backlog of HCM integrations * Ability to coach and mentor team members * Document integration requirements/specifications, and review/validate with product, engineering, internal & external stakeholdersas required * Build integrations using using the Lyric Development Platform and its integration tools.
